Ducati has unveiled 2025 models of its highly anticipated Panigale V2 and Streetfighter V2 motorcycles, w powered by company's new 890cc L-Twin engine. This engine replaces earlier 955cc Superquro engine, bringing with it changes in power, weight, and overall performance.

New 890cc Engine for Enhanced Performance

2025 Panigale V2 and Streetfighter V2 are w equipped with Ducati’s 890cc L-Twin engine, which delivers a peak output of 120 hp at 10,750 rpm and a maximum torque of 93.3 Nm at 8,250 rpm. While engine's power figures are lower than 955cc L-Twin engine it replaces (which me 150 hp), bikes have become lighter, improving ir overall power-to-weight ratio. Panigale V2 w weighs 179 kg, while Streetfighter V2 comes in at 178 kg—both significantly lighter than ir predecessors, which weighed close to 200 kg.

Sleek New Design with Performance Upgres

2025 models retain much of styling of ir predecessors, but feature some table design changes. A new conventional aluminium swingarm and twin-port underseat exhausts, reminiscent of older Ducati models, have been ded to enhance both aestics and performance.

Both models feature a seat height of 837 mm for Panigale V2 and 838 mm for Streetfighter V2, ensuring comfort for a wide range of riders.

vanced Electronics and Optional Features

Ducati’s 2025 models come equipped with a comprehensive suite of electronic rider aids, including various riding modes, cornering ABS, traction control, wheelie control, engine brake control, and a bi-directional quick-shifter. se features are designed to offer enhanced control and safety for riders in various conditions.

Optional features like heated grips, turn-by-turn navigation, cruise control, and a tyre pressure monitoring system are available to furr personalise riding experience.

S Variants for Top-Shelf Performance

For those seeking a more premium experience, Ducati offers 'S' variants of both Panigale V2 and Streetfighter V2. se top-spec models come with fully justable Ohlins suspension at both front and rear, compared to Marzocchi fork and KYB moshock of standard models. Both setups offer 120 mm of front travel and 160 mm of rear travel. 'S' models are 3 kg lighter than ir standard counterparts, furr enhancing ir performance on ro.

Brembo Braking System and Pirelli Tyres

braking system on both Panigale V2 and Streetfighter V2 includes twin 320 mm semi-floating discs with rially mounted Brembo Mobloc M50 callipers at front, and a 245 mm disc with 2-piston callipers at rear. Both motorcycles come equipped with 17-inch alloy wheels wrapped in Pirelli Diablo Rosso 4 tyres for superior grip and handling.

Pricing and Availability

While current Panigale V2 and Streetfighter V2 are priced at ₹21 lakh and ₹18.5 lakh in India, Ducati is expected to offer 2025 models at a more competitive price point. With ir refined engine, improved weight distribution, and upgred features, new Panigale V2 and Streetfighter V2 are set to be exciting offerings for motorcycle enthusiasts.
