Mercedes-Benz India To Hike Prices By Up To 3% from 2025
Mercedes-Benz India hiked the price of its vehicles in India and announced that there will be a price hike of 3 percent on its entire model range from 2025.

Price Hike by Mercedes-Benz India: Mercedes-Benz India on Friday announced that company will hike prices of its vehicles in India. price will be hiked by up to 3 per cent on its entire model range in portfolio from January 1, 2025. German luxury auto manufacturer cited a rise in input costs, inflationary pressures, and higher operational expenses as reason for price hike.
"Over past three quarters, we have been facing increased pressure on our cost structure primarily driven by escalating material cost, fluctuating commodity pricing, increased logistics expenses and inflationary cost," Mercedes-Benz India Managing Director & CEO Santosh Iyer said.

Revision in prices:
According to statement, prices of Mercedes-Benz cars in India will be revised from Rs 2 lakh for GLC SUV to Rs 9 lakh for top-end Mercedes-Maybach S 680 luxury limousine.
Reason for a price hike:

Which models will be affected?
hike in prices will be applied to those vehicles that are currently not in stock. company is offering price protection for all existing and future bookings until December 31, 2024.

Current models on offer:
Currently, Mercedes-Benz India has an entry-level model A-Class, with prices starting from Rs 45 lakh (ex-showroom) to G63 SUV, with price starting from Rs 3.6 crore (ex-showroom). Mercedes-Benz recently launched new C 63 AMG in India at Rs 1.98 crore (ex-showroom). C 63 AMG dropped popular V8 engine and now comes with a 2.0-litre inline four-cylinder turbo petrol engine. company launched a total of 14 models in 2024.
