Raptee.HV T 30 Electric Motorcycle Launched at Rs 2.39 lakh In India: Top features, range and more

New electric motorcycle in competition: India’s electric two-wheeler manufacturer Raptee launched its first electric motorcycle in India in the high-speed category. The T 30 electric motorcycle is offered in four colour options and starts at Rs 2.39 lakh (ex-showroom) in India. The company claims that this motorcycle is developed with the technology used in electric cars and has a claimed range of 200km on a single charge. The T 30 electric motorcycle comes with CCS2 charging compliance, which makes it easier to charge at public charging stations. The deliveries of the T 30 electric motorcycle will start from January in Bengaluru and Chennai initially. 

“Our goal was never to create an electric version of an ICE motorcycle, but to do justice to motorcycling with truly pioneering tech. We have taken the core of advanced electric car tech and engineered it for motorcycles." Dinesh Arjun, Co-founder & CEO, Raptee.HV said.

Raptee.HV T 30 price and colours:

The price of the T 30 electric motorcycle starts at Rs 2.30 lakh (ex-showroom) in India. It is offered in four colour options, Horizon Red, Arctic White, Mercury Grey, and Eclipse Black.

Raptee.HV T 30 design:

The design of the T 30 electric motorcycle is sporty and aerodynamically designed. It gets a single 320mm disc brake at the front and the seat length is decent for the pillion and the rider. It gets rear disc brakes of 230mm as well and the rear footpegs are set quite high. 

Raptee.HV T 30 Battery and Charging

The company claims that the T 30 electric motorcycle has an IP67-rated battery and a 5.4 kWh battery pack. It can be charged from 20-80 per cent in 60 minutes via a 3.3 kWh charger. Using a fast charger, the 20-80 per cent charge can be done in just 30 minutes.

Raptee.HV T 30 Range

The Raptee.HV T 30 electric motorcycle has a claimed range of 200km and a real-world range of 150 km. According to the manufacturer, it has a 0-60km/h claim time of 3.5 seconds.
