Triumph Speed T4: Triumph has launched Speed T4 based on the Speed 400 platform, at a much more affordable price of Rs 2.17 lakh (ex-showroom) in India. The Speed T4 has quite a few differences, both mechanically and equipment, which marks this bike as the most affordable Triumph in India. It is the third 400cc motorcycle from the automaker in India. The fuel tank is revised and has a less powerful engine focussing more on efficiency and revised seat.

Triumph Speed T4 price and competitors:

The Triumph Speed T4 starts at Rs 2.17 lakh (ex-showroom) and competes against the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450, Harley Davidson X440, and Hero Maverick in its segment.

Triumph Speed T4 design:

The design of the Speed T4 is quite similar to the Speed 400. It has a revised fuel tank, and new telescopic forks which are more cost-effective, than conventional mirrors. However, the T4 comes with a simpler axially-mounted front brake caliper, a decent-looking handlebar, and more basic gearshift and rear brake levers.

Triumph Speed T4 features:

The Triumph Speed T4 comes with a semi-digital instrument cluster, slipper clutch, 43mm telescopic fork suspensions at the front and mono-shock suspensions at the rear, and all LED lighting.

Triumph Speed T4 engine specifications:

The Triumph Speed T4 comes with a lower state of tune than the 400cc engine, offered on the Speed 400. This engine comes with liquid cooling technology and the motor produces 30 BHP and 36 Nm torque, mated to a six-speed gearbox.
