Bengaluru: Ultraviolette has achieved a significant milestone with its F77 MACH 2 electric motorcycle, which has secured the UNECE L3e certification, enabling its legal road use across 40 countries, including the European Union. This landmark certification aligns with Ultraviolette’s vision of positioning Indian engineering at a global level. Designed and manufactured at Ultraviolette’s cutting-edge facility in Bengaluru, the F77 MACH 2 is now approved for A1 and A2 license holders, making it accessible to a broad international market.

Ultraviolette’s expansion plans target Europe, beginning with Germany and Turkey, with further ambitions to showcase the F77 MACH 2 at EICMA 2024 in Milan, a premier event for electric vehicle innovation.

Exports of the F77 MACH 2 Begin

The initial export of the F77 MACH 2 to Europe was recently flagged off by H.D. Kumaraswamy, Union Minister of Heavy Industries, alongside M.B. Patil, Minister of Industries and Commerce, Karnataka. In a nod to Ultraviolette’s impact, Patil praised the company as the 'Tesla of India,' emphasizing its contributions to the electric vehicle sector.

Building a Global Footprint in Electric Mobility

Ultraviolette’s latest achievement underscores its broader goal of 'Make in India for the World,' which dovetails with its growing footprint in the electric mobility industry. As it enters new markets, Ultraviolette aims to amplify India’s engineering prowess on the international stage.

From November 5th to 10th, Ultraviolette will present the F77 MACH 2 at EICMA in Milan, Italy, at Pavilion 15, Stand M02. The international exhibition will serve as a platform to unveil Ultraviolette’s groundbreaking electric vehicle to a global audience, solidifying the company’s position in the market.
