China issues guidelines to promote consumption of services

China consumption:  China's state council on Saturday issued guidelines to promote consumption of services such as catering, housekeeping, and nursery services for aged and toddlers.

Culture and entertainment such as movies and sports events are among sectors to be encouraged by government as it seeks to stimulate consumption, according to a government statement.
