Byju Raveendran, founder of prominent edtech company Think and Learn, which owns BYJU's brand, is set to assume role of handling firm's day-to-day operations. decision comes in wake of resignation of CEO Arjun Mohan, as announced by company on Monday.
Following this leership transition, BYJU's has unveiled a comprehensive restructuring plan, consolidating its business into three focused divisions - Learning App, Online classes and Tuition centres, and Test-prep.
