Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) is gearing up for the fifth edition of the Huddle Global conclave, poised to be India's largest beachside startup gathering. The event, commencing on November 16 at the Adimalathura beach near Vizhinjam, is set to draw 15,000 delegates and will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan.

CEO Anoop Ambika, in a press conference on Tuesday, shared that the event will witness the convergence of around 15,000 delegates from across India and abroad. The conclave aims to showcase cutting-edge products from emerging sectors such as robotics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, augmented reality, virtual reality, life sciences, space tech, blockchain, IoT, e-governance, fintech, healthtech, agritech, edutech, and SaS from the country's ecosystem.

The event holds significance as it aligns with the state's transformation into a knowledge economy. Anoop emphasised the pivotal role played by Kerala's well-established startup ecosystem in this paradigm shift, impacting the entire socio-economic spectrum.

Huddle Global will feature an expo allowing over 100 nascent companies to display their products and interact with experts for investment advice. It will also showcase eco-sustainable and value-added products made from millets, crops, and fruits. The opening ceremony will be presided over by Tinku Biswal IAS, Principal Secretary, Department of Revenue and Housing.

Key speakers include Tourism Minister P A Mohamed Riyas, CEO of ONDC T Koshy, and Member Secretary K-DISC P V Unnikrishnan. The event, in partnership with Startup India, Headstart, TiE Kerala, GTech, Startup Middle East, Habitat for Humanity, and Technopark Today, will witness participation from over 5,000 startups, 400 HNIs, 300 mentors, 200 corporates, 150 investors, and speakers. Huddle Global will offer opportunities for startups to gain insights and mentorship from industry leaders across various aspects of their business development.

The conclave is anticipated to bring together international embassies, industry experts, investors, venture capitalists, and corporate leaders through keynote sessions, leadership talks, tech talks, and panel discussions.
