Most Twitter employees at company's San Francisco hequarters have been working from home for last two months.

California has more than 70,000 confirmed coronavirus cases, according to data compiled by Johns Hopkins University but number of infections is thought to be far higher because of a short of testing.

She says it's a perk that could help attract top talent to companies which allow working from home and expects trend to continue to grow in tech industry.

Dan Khasis, Founder and CEO of mapping-techlogy company Route4Me, has about 80 employees who all work remotely.

He says money he's saved on office has allowed him to offer higher salaries and give merit bonuses.

Or big tech companies like Facebook and Google have also been working remotely as y prepare move back to offices amid pandemic.

Both are allowing employees to work from home until end of 2020.
