No economic crisis, govt taking steps to make it stronger: Javadekar
There is no financial crisis in India, Prakash Javadekar said, adding that the central government was taking all necessary steps to strengthen the economy.

re is financial crisis in India, Union Minister Prakash Javekar said on Thursday, ding that central government was taking all necessary steps to strengn ecomy.
"To make ecomy stronger, government has taken all measures and I want to say that fundamentals of country's ecomy are strong. We are t in any crisis. Some reactions from n-banking financial companies (NBFCs) are re. But we are dressing all issues," he told a press conference at his residence in New Delhi.

Reacting to Congress's attack on government for having upcoming event 'Howdy Modi' in Houston, USA despite an ecomic slowdown, Javekar said Congress would never get such an opportunity like Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
" stium is alrey houseful for 'Howdy Modi' event. Congress has never got this much popularity and will never get. I can only say that grapes are sour," said Javekar, who is minister of information and brocasting and environment and climate change.

minister also took a jibe at former Mhya Presh chief minister Digvijay Singh for his "saffron-cl rapists" remark, saying even Congress does t take him seriously.
"Even Congress does t give importance to him. Why should we react. We have seen his mentality after Mumbai terror attacks. Since n he has been making such statements," he said.
Singh h on September 17 courted controversy when he said at an event in Bhopal that people in saffron clos were committing rapes, even in temples.
