BHU UG Admissions 2024: Banaras Hindu University (BHU) will declare the round 2 seat allotment results for the undergraduate admissions 2024 today, August 22.

BHU UG Admissions 2024: Banaras Hindu University (BHU) will declare the round 2 seat allotment results for the undergraduate admissions 2024 today, August 22. Candidates who registered for the BHU UG counselling will be able to check their seat allotment order through the official website- bhu.ac.in. The results will be out at 6 pm today. 

To check the seat allotment result, candidates will have to login using their registration number and date of birth on the official website. The seat allotment will be based on CUET scores, merit rank, preferences submitted, candidates' category and applicable quotas. Candidates who are allotted a seat will have to accept the same by paying the seat acceptance fee before August 25.

How to Download BHU Seat Allotment 2024 Results

Candidates can follow these steps to view and download their BHU seat allotment results for 2024:

1. Visit the BHU admission portal at bhu.ac.in or bhucuet.samarth.edu.in.
2. Click on the ‘BHU UG round 2 seat allotment 2024-25’ link.
3. Enter your application number and password in the designated fields.
4. On the dashboard, find the BHU seat allotment results link.
5. The allotment status will be displayed on the screen.
6. Download and save the allotment results for future reference.

BHU UG Counselling 2024: What's Next?

  • Accept the Allotment: If you're satisfied with the allotted seat, accept the seat online before the specified deadline.
  • Pay the Admission Fee: After accepting the seat, you need to pay the required admission fee to confirm your seat before deadline.
  • Document Verification: Present the necessary documents for verification including your allotment letter, original certificates, and other required documents.
  • Report to the University: Depending on the instructions, either visit the university in person or complete the reporting process online .
  • Further Instructions: After completing these steps, wait for any additional instructions from BHU, such as orientation schedules or commencement of classes.
  • In case the candidate is not satisfied with the allotment, you can choose to participate in further rounds, if applicable.

Shortlisted candidates must produce the necessary documents during the reporting process for verification purposes. These documents include the CUET scorecard for 2024, Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and certificates, caste certificates (for SC, ST, OBC candidates), transfer certificates, and sports certificates if applying under the sports quota, among others.
