Karnataka DCET 2024 Counselling: Round 1 Seat Allotment Result Out; Here's How To Check

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the Karnataka Diploma Common Entrance Test (DCET) 2024 round 1 provisional allotment result today.

New Delhi: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the Karnataka Diploma Common Entrance Test (DCET) 2024 round 1 provisional allotment result today. Candidates who qualified the Karnataka DCET 2024 can check their seat allotment status and exercise options of colleges and courses through the official website, keaonline.karnataka.gov.in.

Candidates will have to log in using their DCET roll number to check the provisional allotment result. KEA allocates the seats based on merit, preferences, and availability. Candidates who are allotted a seat in round 1 will have to confirm their acceptance online.

Moreover, the KEA has issued the Karnataka DCET cut off for working professionals, general and other category candidates in the form of a PDF, which can be accessed from the official website. Candidates after downloading their seat allotment letter will have to pay the required fee, and complete the admission process before the deadline. They will then have to report to the allotted college with the required documents for verification.

Karnataka DCET 2024 Seat Allotment Result: How to check

  • Visit the KEA’s official website at kea.kar.nic.in.
  • On the homepage, click on the link that reads- ‘Diploma CET 2024’ given under the “Admissions” tab.
  • Key in the DCET number to log in.
  • Your seat allotment letter will be displayed on screen
  • Check and download the same
  • Proceed for the next steps that are- accepting the seat, payment of fees etc.

KEA had announced the Karnataka DCET result 2024 on June 29. The diploma CET entrance exam was conducted on June 22 at various exam centres across the state. The Karnataka DCET exam is conducted for candidates seeking admission into second-year, third-semester engineering courses and first-year architecture courses under the lateral entry scheme in Karnataka.
