KEAM 2024: The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala has released an important notification for the candidates of KEAM 2024. As per the notice, a new medical college has been included in the list of colleges for the first phase of seat allotment for MBBS courses this year. Karuna Medical College, Palakkad has been included in the list. 

The registration window for KEAM 2024 counselling will close tonight at 11.59 pm. Candidates can register online at cee.kerala.gov.in. The step-by-step guide to registering for KEAM 2024 is given below. 

The annual fee (provisional) for Karuna Medical College, Palakkad for the General Category is ₹7,50,266/-/- and for NRI Category is ₹ 20,86,400/.  “As per G.O. (Ms)No.55/2024/ H & FWD dated, 07-03- 2024 and Lr. No.S3/159/2022-Health dtd 20-03-2024, the collection of ₹ 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh only) towards Corpus Fund from the NRI quota students shall be subjected to the final order of Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP(C)No(s) 9885- 88/2020. More details in this regard can be obtained from the notification dated 20.08.2024 published in the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in,” the official notice reads.

In other news, the facility for online option registration for the third phase of seat allotment to engineering and pharmacy and option confirmation for the second phase allotment to architecture courses is closing tonight at 11.59 pm. Candidates are advised to register before the deadline. KEAM 2024 round 3 provisional seat allotment result will be out on August 28 and the final seat allotment will be released on August 29.
