OJEE Counselling 2024: The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) board is all set to release the OJEE counselling final seat allotment results today.

OJEE Counselling 2024: The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) board is all set to release the OJEE counselling final seat allotment results for BTech, BArch, BPlan, BCAT, and integrated MSc programmes today, August 29. Candidates who registered for the final round of counselling will be able to check the seat allotment status on the official website, ojee.nic.in. 

Candidates who have newly been allotted seats will be required to choose the freeze option, upload required documents, and pay the part admission fee to confirm their seats. The seat confirmation fee is Rs 10,000 for candidates belonging to the general category and Rs 5,000 for SC, ST, and PT candidates.

As per the notification, the fee will be forfeited if the candidate does not report to the finally allotted institute. The documents will be verified and candidates will be notified in case of any issues, through email and SMS. Students must resolve the queries raised by the document verifying officer before the deadline, failing which the document verification will be cancelled, leading to the withdrawal of the allotted seat.

Candidates who want to withdraw a seat will have to log in using their credentials and follow the withdrawal process, after which they will get a total refund of the admission fee after the counselling process is over.

OJEE 2024 Counselling: Documents Required

Candidates need to upload the following documents while filling out the counselling application form:
1. Downloaded OJEE, JEE Main, NEET UG rank card 2024 or CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA, GATE, GPAT, NIMCET score cards, depending on the course.
2. HSC or Class 12 certificate showing the date of birth.
3. Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets.
4. Final diploma mark sheet for lateral entry to BTech, BPharm.
5. Pass certificate of qualifying examinations.
6. Resident or nativity certificate.
7. Original SC, ST certificate by birth of the state of Odisha.
8. Income certificate for TFW candidates in the specified format.
9. EWS and other required certificates.
