West Bengal NEET Counselling: The Directorate of Medical Education (DME) has started the registration process for the West Bengal National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2024 counselling today. Eligible candidates who have qualified for the NEET UG 2024 can now apply for counselling to secure admission to MBBS and BDS programmes in medical and dental colleges across the state. The registration process will be available on the official website, http://wbmcc.nic.in

The registration window for the West Bengal NEET UG 2024 counselling will remain open until 8 PM on August 23, 2024. The counselling process will be conducted in four rounds: Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, and the Stray Vacancy Round.

- Online Registration: August 21 to August 23, 2024 (till 8 PM)

- Verification of Candidates: August 22, 23, and 24, 2024 (11 AM to 4 PM) at designated colleges; NRI candidates' verification at Swasthya Bhavan
- Publication of Verified Candidates List and Seat Matrix: August 27, 2024
- Online Choice-Filling and Choice-Locking: August 27 to August 29, 2024
- Seat Allotment Result: September 2, 2024
- Reporting and Admission to Allotted Institutes: September 3 to September 5, 2024 (11 AM to 4 PM)
