The All India Management Association (AIMA) has announced the schedule for the MAT 2024 August exam, scheduled to be conducted from August 14 to August 25, 2024. MAT, standing for Management Aptitude Test, holds a distinguished legacy of 35 years as India's most popular national-level entrance exam. It serves as a gateway to over 20,000 management seats across 600+ esteemed B-Schools nationwide.

Introduced from May 2024, MAT 2.0 represents an evolved version of the test, incorporating contemporary business and economic trends into its curriculum. This update aims to provide a modern perspective on management education that aligns with current industry practices and educational demands.

Scheduled to be conducted in three flexible test modes—Paper Based Test (PBT), Computer Based Test (CBT), and Internet Based Test (IBT)—MAT ensures accessibility and convenience for candidates from diverse academic backgrounds.

Eligibility Criteria and Application Details

Candidates eligible for MAT 2024 include graduates from any discipline and final-year students of graduate courses. The application fee for MAT 2024 is ₹2100, with an option to select an additional test mode by paying an extra fee of ₹1500.
