CGBSE Chhattisgarh 2nd Board Exam Date Sheet Out For Class 10th, 12th; Registration Begins

Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) has begun application process for second session of Class 10 and 12 board exams for 2024. This decision follows state government’s announcement in February to hold se exams twice within same acemic session - once in March and again in July. Students who appeared in March exams are also eligible to apply for July session. CGBSE has also released date sheet for class 10th and 12th exams 2024.

Candidates can register before June 30 without a late fine. Moreover, window for exam registration will be open from July 1 to 2 with a late fine. Practical and project exams for self-study candidates will be conducted at ir designated examination centers. se exams may also occur during holidays if necessary. Students should remain in regular contact with ir centers for updates on dates and times.

 Who Can Appear for Second Board Exam

second round of exams is mandatory for students who registered for first board exam and wish to appear again. Eligible students include:
- Those who appeared for March 2024 CGBSE board exams.
- Those who failed, were placed in supplementary, or were marked absent.
- Those who passed all subjects but want to improve ir marks in one or two subjects.

- July 24: First Language - Hindi
- July 26: Second Language - English
- July 29: Mamatics
- July 31: Science
- August 2: Professional Courses (e.g., Organized Retailing, IT, Automobile)
- August 5: Social Science
- August 7: Third Language (e.g., Sanskrit, Marathi, Urdu)
- August 8: Music (for visually impaired students), Drawing and Painting (for deaf and dumb students)

- July 23: Hindi
- July 25: English

- July 27: History, Business Studies, Agricultural Science, Drawing and Painting, Food and Nutrition
- July 30: Geography, Physics

- August 1: Political Science, Chemistry, Accountancy, Crop Production and Horticulture, Object Drawing and Drafting, Physiology and First Aid
- August 3: Psychology
- August 6: Mamatics, Computer Application (Arts & Commerce), Indian Music, Painting, Dance Art, Steno Typing, Agriculture (Arts), Home Science (Arts), Commercial Mamatics, Fundamentals of Industrial Organization
- August 8: Biology, Economics, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Technology, Fisheries and Poultry Farming, History of Indian Art, Elements of Science
- August 10: Retail Marketing Management, IT, Automobile Service Technician, Health Care, Agriculture, Media and Entertainment, Telecommunication, Banking Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), Beauty and Wellness, Electronics and Hardware
- August 12: Marathi, Urdu, Punjabi, Sindhi, Bengali, Gujarati, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kanna, Oriya

CGBSE has stated that exam dates and times can change without prior notice if necessary. exams will here to prescribed syllabus for CGBSE Class 10 and 12. Even if local or public holidays are declared during exam period, exams will continue as scheduled.
