Assam DElEd Results 2024: The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) has declared the Assam DElEd Pre-Entry Test (PET) results 2024 today, September 23. Candidates who appeared for the exam held on September 8 can check their results at scertpet.co.in. To check SCERT Assam DElEd Results 2024, candidates will have to log in using their registered phone number and date of birth to check their results.

  • on the DElEd PET result link that will be flashing on the home page.
  • Key in your login credentials as required and submit 
  • Your Assam DElEd Results 2024 will be displayed on the screen 
  • Download and take its printout.

Along with the results, SCERT has also released the cut-off marks for all categories. Those who have passed the exam can register for counselling for candidates seeking admission to a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) course for the session 2024-2026 in the NCTE-recognised Teacher Education Institutes (TEIs) of the state. The schedule for SCERT Assam DElEd counselling will be released shortly. 

The candidates appeared in the Pre-Entry Test (PET)-2024 of 100 marks comprising 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ). District-wise merit list of the candidates will be prepared based on marks secured in the Pre-Entry Test (PET) by the candidates.

About the Assam DElEd Course

The Assam DElEd course will be of a 2-year duration consisting of 4 semesters. A student has to secure 50% of the total marks to pass each internal and external paper of the semester-end evaluation of the course.

If a student fails certain papers in a semester-end evaluation in that case, he/she can repeat a maximum of 3 (three) papers. If a student fails in more than 3 (three) papers then he/she will have to appear for the entire papers of the concerned semester. Unsuccessful students of any semester will be given only TWO more chances consecutively to clear the concerned semester by appearing together with the next semester-end evaluation. Moreover, there is a provision for re-evaluation of answer scripts with an applicaon fee of Rs. 300/- per paper.
