NEET MDS Revised Results 2024 To Be Out Soon As Cut-Off Percentile Slashed, Counselling To Restart

NEET MDS 2024: National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will soon declare revised results for NEET -MDS exam 2024, as health ministry has slashed cut-off percentile on September 17. cut-off has been reduced by 21,692 percentile across all categories. 

letter signed by Under Secretary Amit Kumar re, “I am directed to say that this Ministry has decided to lower qualifying cut-off percentile for NEET -MDS, 2024 by 21.692 percentile for each category (General, SC/ST/OBC and UR-PWD) in pursuance of DCI's MDS Regulations, 2017 and 2nd proviso in clause 7(1) of DCI's Master of Dental Surgery course (1st Amendment) Regulations, 2018.” 

NEET -MDS 2024 Revised Cut-Off

revised cut-off for unreserved categories and economically weaker sections (EWS) is 28.308. For SC, ST, OBC and PwBD categories, it is 18.308.

National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will conduct NEET MDS 2024 exam on March 18. 

NEET MDS Counselling: Anor Round Expected!

With release of revised results, more candidates will qualify for MDS course mission. Although, counselling process concluded on September 14, Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is expected to reopen NEET MDS 2024 counselling registration window for newly qualified candidates. An official notification regarding this is awaited. 

MCC began NEET -MDS counselling on June 29, 2024. A total of four rounds of counselling including one online stray vacancy round was conducted this year.
