BPSC 32nd judicial services main exam timetable out, exam to begin on November 25

Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released the timetable for the 32nd Bihar Judicial Services Competitive (Main) Examination 2023. According to the schedule, the BPSC 32nd Judicial Main exam 2023 will be conducted from November 25 to November 29 in two shifts. The first shift of the exam will be held from 9 am to 12 noon while the second shift from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm. Exam date-    First shift  -  Second shift 
November 25   -  General Hindi  -  General English
November 26 -   General Knowledge -   Elementary General Science
November 27 -   Law of Evidence & Procedure -   Constitutional & Administrative Law of India
November 28 -   Hindu law & Muhammadan law  -  Law of Transfer of property & principal of equity, law of trusts and specific relief
November 29 -   Law of contract & Torts   - Commercial law

The 32nd Bihar Judicial Service Mains admit card will be released one week before the commencement of the examination. BPSC conducted the prelims exam on June 4. A total of 17819 candidates appeared for the Bihar judicial services prelims examination and of them, 1675 have been provisionally shortlisted for the main exam, the commission has informed.

BPSC 32nd Judicial Services Main Exam Pattern

Candidates will have to clear a written exam that will comprise of five compulsory papers carrying a total of 600 marks and three optional papers carrying 150 marks each. The 5 compulsory papers include: 

General  Knowledge and Current Affairs- 150 marks

Elementary General Science- 100 marks 

General Hindi- 100 marks 

General English - 100 marks

Law of Evidence & Procedure - 150 marks

Optional Papers (Any Three)

Constitutional and Administrative Law of lndia

Hindu Law & Muhammadan law

Law of Transfer of Property, Principles of Equity, Law of Trusts and Specific Relief

Law of Contracts & Torts

Commercial Law
