SSC CGL Registration 2024: Last Date To Apply Today For 17,277 Vacancies; Here's How To Apply

New Delhi: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will today close the registration window for the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination 2024. Aspirants who have not yet applied can do so through the official website- ssc.nic.in. This recruitment drive aims to fill 17,727 vacancies for various Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ positions across multiple ministries, departments, and organizations of the Government of India.

SSC CGL 2024: Key Dates and Details

- Registration Deadline: July 24, 2024
- Fee Payment Deadline: July 25, 2024

-Last date to make online fee payment- July 25 (23:00)
Application Correction WIndow- August 10 to 11
SSC CGL Tier-1 CBT- September- October 2024
Tier 2 CBT- December 2024.

The application process, which began on June 24, 2024, concludes today. Candidates are urged to complete their registrations promptly to avoid any last-minute issues.

How to Apply for SSC CGL Exam 2024

1. Go to the SSC's official website at ssc.gov.in.
2. On the homepage, click on the ‘Apply’ tab.
3. A new page will appear on the screen.
4. Click on the link that reads ‘Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2024’.
5. Register yourself and proceed to fill in the application form with the required details.
6. Complete the process by paying the required application fee.
7. Click on submit and take a printout of your application for future reference.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university.

AGE LIMIT

For the posts for which age limit is 18-27 years - A Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-08-1997 and not later than 01-08- 2006.

For the posts for which the age limit is 20-30 years- The candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-08-1994 and not later than 01-08- 2004. 

For the posts for which the age limit is 18-30 years –  Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02-08-1994 and not later than 01-08- 2006. 

For the posts for which age limit is 18-32 years -Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02-08-1992 and not later than 01-08- 2006.
