SSC Exam Calendar 2024 Revised, Check New Dates For CHSL Tier 1 , Selection Post Exams

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced changes to the Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination (SSC CHSL 2024) tier 1 dates and the Selection Post Examination, Phase XII, 2024. The updated schedule, along with changes to the Selection Post Examination, Phase XII, 2024, has been released on the official website ssc.gov.in.

Revised Dates for SSC CHSL Tier 1 Examination

The SSC CHSL tier 1 examination, which is a computer-based examination (CBE), will now be held on the following dates:

• July 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, and 11.

Updated Schedule for Selection Post Phase XII Exam

The Selection Post Phase XII exam will be conducted on:

• June 20, 21, 24, 25, and 26.

Sub-Inspector Examination Schedule Unchanged

The schedule for the ‘Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces Examination, 2024 (Paper-I)’ remains unchanged and will take place from:

• June 27 to 29, 2024.

“All the concerned candidates are advised to note the aforesaid schedule and visit the website of the Commission at regular intervals for further updates,” the SSC notification reads.

Vacancies and Eligibility

This year, approximately 3,712 vacancies will be filled through the SSC CHSL examination.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Data Entry Operator (DEO)/DEO Grade ‘A’ in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, and Ministry of Culture: Candidates must have passed Class 12 in Science with Mathematics as a subject.
• DEO/DEO Grade ‘A’ in other departments or ministries and all LDC/JSA posts: Candidates need to pass Class 12 from a recognized board or university.

Admit Card Information

With the tier 1 exam dates confirmed, the SSC is expected to release hall tickets or admit cards soon. These will be available on ssc.gov.in before the examination. The admit cards will provide candidates with the exact date of their examination, paper timings, exam centre details, and other important instructions.
