Kerala University starts exams for final year university students
After final year exams were pushed for over two months, schedule has been resumed since June 2, 2020. Kerala state authorities have eased lockdown in phases and one of major moves includes conducting exams. Kerala University conducted exams in over 162 centres across state and one centre in Lakshwadeep. Day one of examinations were held without any discrepancies as per a statement made by university officials.

representative also revealed that over 95% of students have attended examination, which was earlier hampered due to coronavirus pandemic. re were special arrangements made for students in remote locations and for students finding it difficult to reach centre. local government played a part in helping students reach centres and sub-centres.
exams were conducted with all social distancing and sanitisation rules in place. It was compulsory for students to wear masks to be allowed to sit for exam. Kerala University set up a grievance redressal cell to help students solve ir impending queries. representative furr added that re will be more efficiency in conducting exams in upcoming days.

Kerala state authorities have begun with television teaching method of students
In a unique move, Kerala state education department has started with televised classes for students in state board schools. KITE-VICTORS Channel will broadcast lessons on television for students to follow at home.

state authorities also said that students will receive recorded lessons online as well. CBSE board students will soon be receiving online classes as well, as per reports. first session is named "First Bell" and it will be on air from 8.30 in morning to 5.30 in evening throughout week. Students can also take updates from class teachers through phone or social media.
