"...more than two lakh students are scheduled to appear in the aforementioned examination. The examination is scheduled to be held in 185 test cities, resulting in the non-availability of train tickets as well as hiking of airfares due to dynamic pricing, thereby making it almost impossible for a large number of students to reach their test centres," the petition states.

The petitioner highlights that the short notice period has left candidates scrambling to arrange travel to their allocated cities, compounded by the scarcity of train tickets and skyrocketing airfares due to dynamic pricing.
