UGC-NET 2024 Rescheduled Again, Check Official Notice by NTA Here

UGC NET Postponed: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has revised the schedule for the UGC NET June 2024 examination, originally set to run from August 21 to September 4, 2024. The exam scheduled for August 26, 2024, has been moved to August 27, 2024, in observance of Shri Krishna Janmashtami, which falls on the same day. This change was officially announced through a public notice dated August 2, 2024.

 UGC NET June 2024: Rescheduled Exam Details

The UGC NET June 2024 examination will be conducted in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) format across various cities in India, covering 83 subjects. Despite the rescheduling of the August 26th exam, the rest of the exam dates will remain unchanged.

Candidates are advised to regularly check the official NTA websites, [ugcnet.nta.ac.in](https://ugcnet.nta.ac.in) and nta.ac.in, for any further updates. The intimation regarding the exam city centre, which was released on August 12, 2024, is now available on these websites.

 UGC NET Subjects Affected by the Rescheduling

The following subjects, with their respective codes, have been rescheduled to August 27, 2024:

- 03 Philosophy
- 20 Hindi
- 23 Oriya
- 34 Nepali
- 35 Manipuri
- 36 Assamese
- 95 Santali

It's important to note that the intimation slip for the examination city, released on August 12, 2024, is not the admit card. This slip provides candidates with advance information regarding the city where their examination center will be located, helping them plan their travel and accommodation accordingly. The actual admit card for the UGC NET June 2024 exam will be issued at a later date.
