Amid the ongoing power tussle between Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot for the post of Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Congress president Rahul Gandhi has posted a picture on social media with the two leaders, following their meeting on Friday afternoon.

In the tweet, senior leader Ashok Gehlot can be seen on the left of Rahul Gandhi, while Sachin Pilot is on the right, all in smiles. The party chief went onto caption the picture by calling the leaders "The united colours of Rajasthan!"

Take a look at the tweet:

Interestingly, Rahul Gandhi had posted a similar tweet, on Thursday, with Kamal Nath and Jyotiraditya Scindia before the announcement for the appointment of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister was made by the party later in the day.

In the tweet, Rahul Gandhi was seen arm-in-arm with both Scindia and Kamal Nath and captioned it with Leo Tolstoy quotes, "The two most powerful warriors are patience and time'.

Here is the tweet:

Hours after the posting this picture on social media, the Congress party declared that Kamal Nath is the new Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, while there will be not deputy Chief Minister of the state in the meantime.

Meanwhile, Sachin Pilot and Ashok Gehlot met Rahul Gandhi and other Congress leader earlier on Friday over the decision for the post of Rajasthan's CM. Following the meeting, AICC general secretary in-charge of party affairs in the state Avinash Pande stated that the final announcement for the post will be made by the party at 4:30 PM on Friday.

In the light of the delay in the decision-making, heavy sloganeering was seen in favour of Sachin Pilot by some of his supporters outside Rahul Gandhi's residence in New Delhi during the meeting was underway.
