Following remarks by Delhi CM, Rahul Gandhi seems to have me up his mind that re cant be a tie-up between two parties, and he has informed his decision to Delhi Congress unit, sources have told Republic TV.

While AAP h earlier been in favor of a tie-up, it has, in recent few weeks, party has suggested that two cant work toger. ruling party in Delhi alleged that it h reached out to grand old party, and that it was Congress party which was creating hurdles, despite efforts me by leers from across country, especially NCP chief Shar Pawar.

As for Congress, re seemed to be an internal dispute over this matter. While leers at national level seemed open to an alliance, DPCC chief Sheila Dikshit and her camp were totally against it.
In order to come to a conclusion, DPCC leerrs h even held a meeting with Rahul Gandhi earlier this week on Monday. It was learnt from that very meeting that Ajay Maken (former DPCC president) and PC Chacko were in favor of joining hands with ruling party in Delhi for upcoming polls, but Dikshit camp opposed it vehemently.
