'Wouldn't have launched AAP if Sheila Dikshit government had worked well': Arvind Kejriwal hits out at Congress amid alliance talks
Amid the possibility of an alliance between Congress and the Aam Aadmi Party, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday hit out at former CM Sheila Dikshit-led Congress government and said he would not have had to launch a new party if she had run the government well.

"Many people say that Sheila ji also used to run government in Delhi in same condition. But she did t run government well. If she was working well n we did t have need to float a new party. From schools to hospitals, everything was in b condition in her regime," Chief Minister said dressing a public rally.

Targeting current government at Centre, he said that re have been hindrances from government due to which several projects could t be completed by his government.
"Modi government left stone unturned to stop our work. We want to open new schools, construct hospitals and Mohalla Clinics, but y are t letting us do this. For three years, Modi government did t pass file related to CCTV camera installation in Delhi," he said.

"We need to take permission from central government for every work. Every state has full powers but t Delhi. People, who hamper works of government, don't vote for m again. If y come to power, y will again do same in next five years," he ded.

Earlier on Monday, AAP party h put out a tweet with a cartoon showing two cash vending machine (similar to an ATM) in which one of machines shows BJP in 2014 and or machine shows Congress in 2019. On BJP's side, AAP has shown a man (voter) being kicked out by vending machine, while on Congress' side, it is written 'Aao, hum Rs 72,000 denge (Come, we will give you Rs 72,000).

This attack has come despite reports of an alliance that Rahul Gandhi is willing to enter into with AAP ahe of Delhi Lok Sabha elections.
Although an official anuncement is yet awaited from both leership, Arvind Kejriwal has been pitching for an alliance in National Capital over a long time. However, Delhi Congress chief Sheila Dikshit has been quite against alliance.
