Chandrapur: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday launched a scathing attack on opposition 'Maha Vikas Aghi' over growth in state and accused alliance of putting a break in development of Maharashtra .
=Likening MVA as 'biggest player of corruption,' Prime Minister said that MVA has done a 'PHD' in putting brakes and 'stalling, hanging and wandering' development projects of city.

dressing a rally in Chandrapur's Chimbur, PM Modi said, “Maharashtra ka tez vikas Aghi walo ki baski baat nai hai. MVA ne keval kaamo par break lagane mai PHD ki hai. Kaamo ko atkana, latkana aur bhatkana.”
Taking a shot at Congress , PM Modi said that party has done a double PhD and is an expert in this concept of putting a break in development works

"Ye Congress wale toh isme expert hai, 2.5 years mai inhone har vikas ki projects ko rokne ki koshish ki hai. Aghi wale hai bhrashtachar ke sabse be Khili," said PM Modi.
Raising a question to audience, PM Modi asked wher people of Chimbur will let MVA put a pause on development of city.

"Kya aap inhe dobara loot ka licence milne denge kya? loot karne denge kya, khazana bharne denge kya??? Will you let MVA put a break in development of Maharashtra?" questioned Prime Minister.
In a sharp remark, PM Modi criticized speed at which Mahayuti government operates, saying that people of Chandrapur are best witnesses to how se Aghi parties hinder progress.

"At what speed does Mahayuti government work and how do se Aghi people stop work, who will know this better than people of Chandrapur? People here have been demanding rail connectivity for deces, but Congress and Aghi people never allowed this work to happen," said PM Modi, while taking a swipe at opposition alliance.
Prime Minister in his dress also congratulated people of state for BJP 's manifesto for upcoming Assembly elections, which includes 25 promises aimed at benefiting people of Maharashtra if party is re-elected for anor term.
PM Modi said that BJP's manifesto will become a 'Vikas Ki Guarantee' (development guarantee) for Maharashtra in next five years. He said that along with Mahayuti, NDA government at centre means double engine government in Maharashtra, which means double speed of development.
"Today I would like to congratulate Maharashtra BJP, which has released a wonderful manifesto. In this, many wonderful resolutions were taken for our daughters and sisters, for farmers, for youth power of country, and for development of Maharashtra," he said.
"Wher it is AI university, water green project or water pipelines in houses, permanent residences or to increase digital connectivity, manifesto has presented several initiatives," ded PM Modi.
"Along with Mahayuti, NDA government at centre means double engine government in Maharashtra. This means double speed of development. people of Maharashtra have seen this double pace of development in last 2.5 years," said PM Modi.
Highlighting developments in state under BJP governance, PM Modi said, “Today Maharashtra is state in country where maximum foreign investments are taking place. New airports and new expressways are being built here. Around a dozen Vande Bharat trains are running in Maharashtra, more than 100 stations here are being renovated and many railway routes are being expanded.”
PM Modi furr stated that election results in Maharashtra are clear, as evidenced by massive turnout of people. He asserted that this surge of support indicates that a Mahayuti government with a full majority is set to be formed in state.
" results of elections in Maharashtra have been me clear by you people today. This 'jan sailaab' (wave) of people is saying that a Mahayuti government is going to be formed with huge majority in Maharashtra. people of Chimur and entire Maharashtra have accepted that alliance of BJP-Mahayuti will form government," said PM Modi.
PM Modi remarked, "Log hi log -- aisa lag raha hai, 'Kesariya Sagar' lehra raha hai," referring to overwhelming support and enthusiasm, and likening it to rising waves of a saffron sea, symbolizing strong backing for BJP.
As elections for 288 seats in Assembly approach closer, political battle between two major alliances, Mahayuti and Maha Vikas Aghi (MVA) intensify.
polls are scheduled for November 20 and counting will be held on November 23.
opposition MVA, comprises Congress, Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena (UBT), and Shar Pawar -led Nationalist Congress Party (SCP).
