PM Modi Urges Voters to Participate in Maharashtra, J'khand Polls With Full Enthusiasm

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday urged voters in Maharashtra to participate in polls with full enthusiasm and enhance splendour of festival of democracy.

In a post on X, he appealed to women and young voters to poll in large numbers.

He me a similar appeal to voters in Jharkhand, urging m to create a polling record with ir high participation.

Reaching out to first-time voters, prime minister described each of ir vote as a strength of state.

While all 288 assembly seats in Maharashtra are going to polls on Wednesday, voting is being held on 38 of Jharkhand's 81 constituencies in second and final phase of elections.
