State Congress chief Kumari Selja: 'New dawn for Haryana under party'
State Congress chief Kumari Selja tweeted that Haryana is ready to embrace a new dawn of "justice and equality" under the leadership of the Haryana Congress.

Amidst ongoing counting of votes for Haryana Assembly elections, State Congress Chief Kumari Selja said Haryana is rey to embrace a new dawn of "justice and equality" under leership of Haryana Congress. "Haryana has given verdict- it will t tolerate Haryana BJP's misgovernance any more. Choosing to leave behind malies inflicted on its people in last 5 years, state is rey to embrace a new dawn of justice and equality under leership of Haryana Congress", Selja tweeted on Thursday, October 24.

Kumari Selja met party senior Congress leer Ahmed Patel in Delhi, earlier today to discuss poll situation. As per official trends released by Election Commission, Bharatiya Janata Party is leing with 39 seats in Haryana, followed by Congress on 31 and Jannayak Janata Party on 10. INLD is ahe in only one seat while independents and or party candidates are at eight.

Hooda leing charge for new government
Meanwhile, Congress leer and former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda in a press conference said Congress and or parties and independents who fought against Bharatiya Janata Party should come toger and form a government in state. Hooda also took a jibe at Mahar Lal Khattar-led BJP government in Haryana and proclaimed that verdict displays government's failure. He was dressing press at a time when both BJP's and Congress' trends showed m falling short of halfway mark.

" BJP was talking of target of 75 seats, but it is hardly passing 30-35. First of all, I would like to thank people. mandate is against BJP and in favour of opposition parties, wher its Congress, JJP, INLD or independents. I tell m all, it is time all of m come toger and form a stable government. I, as chairman of (Congress's election) manment committee, assure everyone that y will be given respect and position and we will form government," said veteran Congressman with his son Deepender sitting beside him.

Sources indicate that all legislators of Congress would fly to Delhi. Reportedly, Congress president Sonia Gandhi has given green signal to Hooda to initiate talks with JJP and Independents. Alrey, Hooda has allegedly reached out to JJP chief Dushyant Chautala. re were rumours that Congress was contemplating offering CM’s position to Chautala. However, latter denied reports and clarified that he would take a final decision on this matter only after declaration of final results.
