'We will try best to get non-BJP Govt in Haryana': Mallikarjun Kharge

Ahe of election results, Senior Congress leer and former Lok Sabha MP Mallikarjun Kharge assailed BJP government. t willing to give up without a fight, Congress is seen inching towards bridging gap with Bhartiya Janata Party in Haryana as per early trends.

Speaking on same, Kharge said, "This indicates that people have got a different opinion about BJP. People thought that y (BJP party)  will redress grievances of people. y will help when people are in trouble and that is t re. So naturally, people are shifting away from BJP."

Furr lashing out at BJP and its ideology, Kharge said, "Today task is to keep BJP out of power because y will use all tactics. Yesterday only in Jharkhand, y have taken 10-12 MLAs. Similar y did in Maharashtra and Haryana.  This is t way to strengn democracy. Propagate your ideology and get vote."

Speaking about latest trends in voting, he stated that y will try ir best to get a n-BJP government and repeatedly asserted to keep BJP out of power as it is autocratic and is destroying democracy along with dividing  people. "We will see at 4:00 PM after getting a clear picture. We will try our best to get a n-BJP government and as of w, we have got a good number. We have got this result in a very short time. Grassroot leers have worked really well and important role in this result."

Haryana Assembly elections 

BJP successfully formed its government in Haryana for first time in 2014 under leership of CM Mahar Lal Khattar. party has been on a roll in Haryana winning all 10 Lok Sabha seats in 2019 Lok Sabha elections. Overall, 0.38 lakh ballot units, 0.25 lakh control units, and 0.27 lakh VVPATs were used in Assembly polls. As per Election Commission of India figures, Haryana recorded a voter turut of 68.47%.
