Adivi Sesh drops intense new poster from upcoming thriller 'HIT 2'; announces release date

South star ivi Sesh who is looking forward to release of HIT 2, surprised fans with release date of sequel. film starring actor in titular role is slated to hit screens on July 29, 2022. Apart from announcing release date, ivi Sesh also shared a poster of spine chilling suspense. upcoming sequel is directed by Sailesh Kolanu.

HIT: First Case, starring Vishwak Sen and Ruhani Sharma in le roles, was released in 2020 and took audience by surprise. film was a success with critics and at box office too. story of first part revolves around story of a police officer called Vikram Rudraju from Telangana Crime Investigation Department who has a traumatic past. sequel is set in Andhra Presh, with ivi Sesh playing Krishna Dev aka KD. 

ivi Sesh unveils poster & announces HIT 2 release date 

shooting of upcoming intriguing drama took place in Hyderab and Visakhapatnam and film is currently in post-production. ivi Sesh shared release date on Twitter with new poster and wrote, “Something DANGEROUS about to unfold in HIT universe! Get rey for spine-chilling suspense on 29th of July." second installment of HIT (Homicide Investigation Team), is to be produced by stylist Prashanti Tipirneni and presented by actor Nani for ir production banner Wall Poster Cinema. ivi Sesh's HIT 2 will be directed by Sailesh Kolanu and will have same crew.

sequel which will be helined by ivi Sesh will also feature an ensemble star cast, including Menakshii Chaudhary, Rao Ramesh, Bhanu Chander, Posani Krishna Murali, Tanikella Bharani, Srikanth Maganti, Komali Pras in key roles. John Stewart Eduri is a music composer. new poster feature ivi Sesh looking intense and in middle of an investigation.

Meanwhile, on professional front, apart from forthcoming drama, ivi Sesh is also waiting for release of his pan-Indian film Major, which is a biographical drama based on life of Sundeep Unnikrishnan who was martyred in November 2008 in Mumbai terror attacks.
