Amid Coronavirus pandemic, with most of countries under lockdown and global ecomy suffering ermously, wedding plans stand cancelled in most of places. However, Mark Van Name and Jen O’Leary, a couple from New York decided to get married in ir backyard, however, re was some ‘techlogical’ aspect to this wedding that me it go viral all over internet.
Mark Van Name and Jen O’Leary have been planning ir wedding for months. couple h planned to get married in a church followed by a huge reception. However, as state went under lockdown, y decided to postpone ceremony. It was n when Goverr Andrew Cuomo began to allow couples to obtain marri licenses remotely.

Mark and Jen h a ‘change of plans’ and y decided to get married in an intimate ceremony that was hosted on a video conference call. Ar interesting thing about this digital wedding was invites. Mark wanted to make sure on invite that pants were optional for ir guests. According to a media report, couple called Councilmember Van Bramer’s office for information, who offered to marry m in his backyard on Saturday.

On wedding day, Mark and Jen put on ir wedding attires with gloves and masks and walked to Mr Van Bramer’s house. couple n put on ir laptops on sack of books so ir friends and family could witness ceremony. According to an entertainment portal, ir friends joined m virtually - wearing tuxedos on top and shorts on bottom. Mr.Van Bramer later shared photos on his Twitter account as he wrote, “I teared up as I married Jennie O'Leary & Mark Van Name! So grateful I could officiate today as y scrambled to keep ir wedding date even though big party will have to come later!" photos went viral on internet. In comments section, many congratulated newlyweds and thanked council member for officiating wedding. After ceremony, couple cut a cake that Jen baked, chatted with friends and family members and ordered Greek food for a fancy wedding dinner.
