After Oscars, Deepika Padukone To Be A Presenter At BAFTA Awards 2024

BAFTA Film Awards 2024 night is closing in and Deepika Pukone will be one presenters handing out coveted golden mask at ceremony. Jawan actress joined list of celebrities like Hugh Grant, Lily Collins, Andrew Scott, Cate Blanchett, Daisy Edgar Jones, David Beckham, Himesh Patel, Idris Elba, Rebecca Ferguson, Emma Mackay, Taylor Russell and ors who will be presenting at awards ceremony on February 19 (IST). More celebs are expected to join list of BAFTA presenters.

After Oscars, Deepika to present at BAFTAs

Last year, Deepika presented at 95th Acemy Awards. w, she will be handing out coveted golden mask at London's Royal Festival Hall. After her name was anunced as a presenter at this year's BAFTAs, Deepika expressed her excitement on social media. She shared a list of fellow presenters from official website of BAFTAs and wrote over it “gratitude”.

What to expect from BAFTAs 

According to Variety, Rising Star Award will be presented by former winners Emma Mackay and Jack O'Connell. Phoebe Dynevor, Ayo Edebiri, Jacob Elordi, Mia McKenna-Bruce and Sophie Wilde are all in running this year. 

Hannah Wdingham has also been confirmed to perform a "special cover song" during ceremony, which will be hosted by former Doctor Who David Tennant. 77th BAFTA Film Awards ceremony, set to take place Sunday, February 18, at London's Royal Festival Hall, which serves as ceremony's venue for second year in a row after several years at Royal Albert Hall. In India, awards will be streaming live on Lionsgate Play at 1.30 AM on February 19.
