Veteran singer Bappi Lahiri who has given a number of hit numbers to Indian cinema is w all set to collaborate with international pop-sensation Lady Gaga. As per media reports, singer duo will be recording two singles toger which are expected to release by end of this year.
During a recent interview, Bappi Lahiri spoke about his collaboration with Lady Gaga and said that y will perform toger in two duets. While Shallow singer will voice song in English, Bappi Lahiri will go ahead with his iconic style in Hindi. Bollywood singer is currently in Los Angeles to record tracks. He said y are w waiting for release to be greenlit.

Bappi Lahiri's Bollywood journey
With a career spanning over 50 years in music industry, Bappi Lahiri is somewhat of an icon. 66-year-old singer has scored over 9000 songs and composed music for over 600 films. Bappi Lahiri has voiced a number of Bollywood hit songs including Tune Maari Entriyaan, Yaad Aa Raha Hai, Ooh La La, and Raat Baaki Baat Baaki, among ors.

Bappi Lahiri's international collaborations
Besides Lady Gaga, Bappi Lahiri also recorded a song with international rapper Akon. During recent interview, singer confirmed same and said that track of which is set to release soon. Meanwhile, as Bappi Lahiri recently completed 50 years of a musical career in Bollywood, DJ duo Martinez Brors paid tribute to him, recreating his song Jimmy Jimmy. Previously Martinez Bror had joined hands with Jamie Jones to create a track called Bappi as a tribute to singer.

With over 1 million likes and 30,000 retweets, American singer-songwriter, Lady Gaga's latest tweet featuring a Sanskrit shloka has left Indian fans curious and Twitter went into a tizzy on Sunday. internet-breaking Tweet was a Sanskrit shloka which read: "Lokah Samastah Sukhi Bhavantu", meaning, "May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all."
