Billboard Music Awards 2022: BTS scripts history, takes home 3 trophies; ARMY celebrates

South Korean boy band BTS is seemingly on a record-breaking spree. band has surely taken world by storm with its music and quirky dance moves and enjoys one of largest fan bases, kwn as BTS fan ARMY. While band never fails to top several Billboard charts and surpass celebrated musicians with its songs, it has w a new Billboard Music Awards record in its name. 

Billboard Music Awards 2022 came out to be special for South Korean band. While band did t attend award show this year, y became highlight by becoming only group to bag most number of wins so far. band won three awards this year out of six for which y were minated.

BTS, which includes Jin, RM, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook, bagged three wins at BBMAs 2022. y won trophies for Top Song Sales Artist, Top Duo/Group, and Top Selling Song. This is third time band has won Top Duo/Group award. y have w tied record held by One Direction for most number of wins in category.  band won in Top Selling Song category for ir smash hit Butter. This is second consecutive year band has taken home award in this category. 

BTS scripts history at BBMAs 2022

BTS me ir Billboard Music Awards 2022 debut in 2017 and has won trophies every year. band has also performed several times and won hearts with ir dance moves. Apart from ir recent wins, band h nine BBMAs trophies in ir name. w, as ir total number of wins has reached 12, y have broken previous record of Destiny's Child, who were only group with most number of wins for past 17 years. 

It is surely a celebratory moment for band and its fan base, kwn as ARMY. ir fans are trending various hashtags, such as BTS Paved Way and BTS Makes History, on Twitter to celebrate ir big win. Meanwhile, band is currently looking forward to releasing ir new album Proof.
