1. Khwaja Mere Khwaja

One of the most popular songs, Khwaja Mere Khwaja is a part of Hrithik Roshan- Aishwarya Rai starrer Jodha Akbar. This qawwali chorus is a beautiful composition by A. R. Rahman. This iconic creation is one of the unforgettable songs in Bollywood's history.

2. Arziyan

This is also a creation of A. R. Rahman. Arziyan is dedicated to Sufi saint Nizamuddin Auliya. This song smoothly swings between low and high pitches, hence creating a peaceful rhythm. This song a part of Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s directorial movie Delhi 6, which stars Sonam Kapoor and Abhishek Bachchan in lead roles. Arziyan has a spiritual calmness to it and has deep meaning. 3. Mann ki Lagan

Rahat Fateh Ali Khan is soulful in this song with heavenly lyrics. The memorable number, Mann ki Lagan is from Pooja Bhatt’s debut film Paap. The 2003 crime thriller movie features John Abraham and Udita Goswami in prominent roles. You would be interested to know that this gorgeous Sufi melody marked Rahat’s debut as a playback singer in Bollywood.

4. Ya Ali

Ya Ali is from the blockbuster hit film Gangster, which is Kangana Ranaut’s debut film. This passionate song is all about forgiveness and sacrifice. Composed by Pritam, this song was a chartbuster hit right after its release.
