Abhay Deol asks celebrities supporting BLM protests in US to check their own backyard
Abhay Deol recently called out all the Indian celebs who were supporting the BLM protests in the US. He asked them to check their "own backyard first".

Several Bollywood celebrities, including, Priyanka Chopra, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Disha Patani and Ishaan Khatter, have taken to social media to support ongoing Black Lives Matter (BLM) protests in USA that started after death of George Floyd. However, actor Abhay Deol called out se Indian celebs and asked m to have a look at ir own backyard first. Abhay Deol also spoke about systemic problems in India and explained why discrimination is t a problem exclusive to United States.

Sharing a post with hashtags #migrantlivesmatter, #poorlivesmatter, and #miritylivesmatter, Abhay Deol called out Indian celebrities for talking about BLM protests in US instead of creating a difference in ir own country first. In caption for post, Abhay Deol wrote that "woke" Indian celebs and middle class were standing in solidarity with BLM protesters in America while overlooking systemic discrimination in ir "own backyard".

Furr, Abhay Deol talked about how America has exported violence to whole world and made it a more dangerous place. He added that is was inevitable that violence would come back to m karmically. While Abhay Deol did t believe that America deserved its current unrest, he asked his fans to look at whole picture in its totality.

Furr, Abhay Deol clarified that Black Lives Matter protests were all about dissolving systemic discrimination, a problem that was t exclusive to United States. According to Abhay Deol, in larger picture, re was “us” and “m”. He added that this was t just a country's problem, but a problem faced by entire planet.

How Government and celebrities of India have been helping poor
Migrant workers and poor citizens have been hit hardest by ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Government of India has started several funds, including PM CARES Funds, to financially support those in need. Moreover, several celebs have started ir own funds to support poor.
Actor Sonu Sood even arranged for several buses to return migrant workers to ir homes. Thanks to Sonu Sood's charitable work, over 700 migrants have mand to return home amid COVID-19 lockdown. Interestingly, in a recent interview, Kangana Ranaut expressed a similar sentiment as Abhay Deol's.
