Bollywood actors who got their big break in the industry early
It often happens that Bollywood actors get the best debut movies but are not able to fit in the industry in the longer run. Here is a list of such actors.

It is not an exaggeration to say thousands of people move to Mumbai on a daily basis with a dreaming of becoming a successful actor. There are many out of them who don’t even get a chance to showcase their talent. However, there are few who do get the golden opportunity but cannot make it big and get lost in the city of dreams and lights. Here are a few male actors who got their big break but could not make it big in the acting industry.
Chandrachur Singh
Chandrachur Singh made his acting debut in the 1996 movie Tere Mere Sapne and later in the same year he was paired opposite Tabu in the film Maachis for which he won the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut. After which, Chandrachur Singh appeared in several other movies as a leading actor which failed to do well at the silver screen. He also has been a part of a few hit movies like Daag: The Fire, Josh, Kya Kehna, Aamdani Atthani Kharcha Rupaiyaa and many more. After a few initial successful films, his career went in too low, because of multiple dislocations of his shoulder joint. Due to his physical ailment, he couldn’t continue to stay fit which reportedly made him lose roles.
Fardeen Khan
Fardeen Khan is a former Bollywood actor. Fardeen Khan is the son of the late director, actor and producer Feroz Khan. He made his acting debut in 1998 in the romantic film Prem Aggan, which garnered him the Filmfare Best Debut Award. Fardeen Khan gained popularity because of his critically acclaimed roles in the movies like Jungle, No Entry, Heyy Babby, Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya and many more. After this, however, his career took a sudden drop and he stopped appearing in movies.
Rahul Khanna
Rahul Khanna is the son of the late actor, Vinod Khanna. He made his Bollywood debut in 1947 Deepa Mehta’s Earth, alongside Aamir Khan. His performance in the movie earned him various awards including the Filmfare Best Male Debut Award. He has only appeared in a handful of movies like Wake up Sid, Elaan and Raqueeb.
Shiney Ahuja
Shiney Ahuja made his acting debut in the movie Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi and he won the Filmfare Best Male Debut Award for the movie. After his debut, he was a part of several hit films like Gangster, Life in a Metro and Bhool Bhulaiyaa. Shiney Ahuja allegedly was part of a rape controversy after which he disappeared for several years from the Bollywood industry. The last time the actor was on the silver screen in the movie Ghost. Shiney also did a cameo in the movie Welcome Back.
