Malaika recently shared a yoga pose with her fans and followers on where urges m to practice Navasana (Boat Pose). actor also penned a te revealing details about same.
Taking to her Instagram handle, Malaika Arora went on to share a picture where she can be seen acing Navasana (Boat Pose). In picture, actor can be seen performing pose with concentration and dedication. She can be seen donning a light blue coloured sports bra and black leggings.

Along with picture, actor went on to pen a caption revealing details about same. She wrote, “Let’s begin this week with a move that will help you connect with yourself. Self-love starts when you decide to give your mind and body care it deserves”. She ded, “So let's get moving with this week's #MalaikasMoveOfWeek - Navasana(Boat Pose)”. Talking about pose, she wrote, “This pose helps you improve confidence while building willpower, determination and self-control. It is very effective in strengning abdominal and core muscles.
