Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is one of the most loved actors in the industry, which is evident from her fan following. Since her debut in Bollywood with Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya in 1997, she has been in the limelight. The actor was last seen in Fanney Khan along with Anil Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao. Bride and Prejudice
Released in 2004 it was a romantic drama film starring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan opposite Martin Henderson. Directed by Gurinder Chadha, the film was an adaption of Jane Austen’s novel, Pride and Prejudice. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was appreciated by the viewers for her free-spirited performance in the film.
The Mistress Of Spices
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan starred in this 2005 film which was based on a novel of the same name by author, Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni. She played a shopkeeper who owns a store of spices and begins a forbidden love story with one of her customers. Her chemistry with co-star Dylan McDermott was praised by the viewers. The film was directed by Paul Mayeda Berges.

Helmed by Jag Mundhra, it was a British biographical drama film. It stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Naveen Andrews, Miranda Richardson, Robbie Coltrane, Nandita Das and Steve McFadden. Aishwarya played the role of Kiranjeet Ahluwalia, a Punjabi woman who marries a London-based guy, but later get badly abused. The film is said to be inspired by the true story of Kiranjit Ahluwalia.
The Last Legion
The 2007 film was a historical action-adventure movie directed by Dough Lefler. It reportedly, inspired by the events of 5th-century European history, especially the collapse of the Western Roman Empire. Aishwarya was seen as a warrior, Mira. Beside her, the film stars Colin Firth, Ben Kingsley, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Peter Mullan, Kevin McKidd, John Hannah, and Iain Glen.

The movie received some negative reviews and a popular website criticising it for underutilising the film’s talented cast. However, it deserves a watch due to Aishwarya’s feisty performance.
