On the professional front
Meanwhile, on the work front, Ajay Devgn who was last seen in 'De De Pyaar De' will be next starring Om Raut's historical drama 'Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior', where he will reportedly share screen-space with wife Kajol. The film is based on Subedar Taanaji Malusare, the military leader in the army of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, who lost his life in the battle at Fort of Sinhagad. The film also starring Saif Ali Khan is set for 2020 release. Also, recently Ajay Devgn commenced the shooting for his upcoming sports drama 'Maidaan'. The film is all set to highlight the golden years of Indian Football.
Moreover, Ajay Devgn will also be starring in 'Bhuj: Ride of India'. In the patriotic drama, he will be essaying the character of Squadron Leader Vijay Karnik who was in-charge of Bhuj airbase during the 1971 war, which remained operational despite facing heavy bombing from Pakistan.
