Akshay Kumar entered Bollywood as an action star and quickly became known as the 'Khiladi' of Bollywood. He has completed 32 years in the industry. Khiladi 420
In this movie, we see Akshay Kumar as Dev, a conman who marries Ritu so that he can pay his debt off. Later he gets killed by Ritu as she learned he had only married her to get rid of his debts. Later she meets Anand, who is the twin brother of Dev. This was Akshay’s first negative role in the Hindi film industry.

In this movie, we see Akshay Kumar as Vikram Bajaj, a married man settled in Switzerland. Vikram frames Bobby Deol, his neighbour who has recently moved to Switzerland, for murder. Akshay Kumar plans a fake murder so that he can get money. Bobby Deol finds out about it and has to run because he is framed and he has to prove his innocence. At the end of the movie, Booby Deol finds Akshay and Bipasha, the latter of whom was supposedly murdered by Bobby. This was Akshay’s second film as a bad guy.

In this movie, we see him in the role of Aarav Malhotra, a rich millionaire who is best friends with Sanjay Dutt’s character Sagar Singh or 'Sethji'. Sethji knows the location of the sunken treasure ship, by the name Lady in Blue, which he never reveals to anyone. Aarav puts Sethji’s loved ones in danger so that he can reach the treasure with the help of Sethji. In the end, it is revealed that the captain of the ship was Aarav’s grandfather and he takes all the treasure. The movie did not do well at the box office. However, its oceanic scenes where we can see the stars swimming with sharks was a really appreciated scene by fans and critics alike.

This movie marked the debut of Akshay Kumar in the Tamil film industry. He played the role of a villain called Pakshi Rajan. He fights telecom companies who kill birds in the film as a villain. He is defeated by the super bot called Chitti, played by Rajinikanth in the movie.
