Both the actresses walked the ramp at the fashion extravaganza for L'Oreal. Several photos of them together have flooded social media but netizens drew their attention to Alia's photo dump. This comes days after the Jigra actor called Aishwarya her ‘inspiration’.

On September 24, Alia Bhatt who captivated everyone with her stylish appearance at the Paris Fashion Week debut, shared a series of pictures featuring Aishwarya Rai, Kendall Jenner, Simone Ashley and others from the gala night. Taking to Instagram, Alia treated fans with pictures from her first time on the Paris Fashion Week ramp. The actress had made her debut at the Paris Fashion Week this year.

While Alia did share one photo with Aishwarya Rai, eagle-eyed fans pointed out that she had left out the Taal actress in one of the slides. Netizens claimed that Aishwarya's sleeve and hand could be seen in the photo, which meant that the Raazi actress chose to omit her. However, fans of the actress defended her by claiming that the official photo-sharing agency had ed the photo in such a way and other ambassadors of the brand also posted the same photo.

As soon as Alia shared the photo on September 25, social media users took to the comment section to troll her. One user wrote, “Why did you crop your inspiration pic on 2nd slide?” Another mentioned, “How jealous one can be..cropping the OG Aishwarya out of her posts 😂 You can never match Aishwarya. Puppy infront of her” The post also made it to the Reddit sub Bolly Blinds and Gossips.

Clad in a metallic silver bustier that she paired with a black off-shoulder jumpsuit, Alia slayed the look. For the glam, she added a pink touch to her lips. Her wet hair look made her appearance even more eye-captivating. Sharing the photos, she wrote, "a night to uplift, embrace & inspire; because we're all #WorthIt." Aishwarya on the other hand walked the runway with utmost confidence and grace. She wore a stylish balloon hem red dress and let her hair down and added a pop of colour to her look with a bold red lip shade. Her walk became more special when she greeted the French audience with 'namaste'.
