In an earlier interview, Alia Bhatt revealed her workout session with Yasmin Karachiwala. Alia said that she had to lose weight in a timespan of one month for a bikini scene in the film Shaandar. The actress admitted that she had lost a lot of weight before that and as a result, she started looking like a boy. Alia revealed that working out in the gym was always a burden for her before she met her trainer, Yasmin Karachiwala. But once she started working out under Yasmin, Alia admitted that's she looked forward going to the gym. Alia Bhatt was made to push her limits in her rigorous pilates and squats session by her trainer. Alia Bhatt has been since engaged in different forms of fitness regimes.

The Udta Punjab actress has been training under Sohrab Kushrushahi for strength and functional training. The fitness trainer also shares some pictures of the actor from her workout routine. In one of the posts, Sohrab also shared a heartfelt message for the actor on how she can engage in workouts like squats, weight-lifting and running easily. The fitness trainer also revealed that Alia Bhatt can perform a plank for one minute effortlessly now. Alia Bhatt has also included some skipping sessions on her workout routine. Even with a hectic routine and an erratic shooting schedule, the actor never misses out on her workout regimes which are truly inspirational for her fans.
