Alia Bhatt opened up about how she deals with her anxiety bouts
Alia Bhatt is one of the most popular actors in Bollywood. The actor is at the peak of her career. But still she is dealing with the problem of anxiety bouts.

Alia Bhatt is currently at the peak of her career. Right from her debut movie Student Of The Year where she was seen working alongside Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra to all the films that she has acted in have reportedly done well at the Box Office. She was last seen in multi-starrer film Kalank. In the movie, she was featured next to Varun Dhawan Aditya Roy Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, Sonakshi Sinha, and Sanjay Dutt.
The Kalank actor has admitted in an interview with a media publication that she has faced bouts of anxiety and went on to reveal that she felt like crying for absolutely no reason at all. She also claimed that the anxiety bouts have been with her for the past six months.
In an interview with a fashion magazine, Alia said that she has not been depressed, but she has had bouts of anxiety. She also said that it is not constant but it comes and goes. Reportedly it is not an anxiety attack but she just feels low. Alia opened up about how she dealt with it, she said that she just lets herself feel it no matter how bad it is. She also stated that initially, it was confusing and that she was constantly giving reasons that it might be due to work or because she was tired. She later became more vocal about it. Alia said that she spoke to her friends and they all told her that it will go away. They also motivated her to accept it. They asked her to be more expressive about her anxiety issue.
On the work front
Alia is currently working on her upcoming film, Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra where she will be seen alongside alleged boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan. Brahmastra is scheduled to hit the screens in 2020. She will also be seen in Karan Johar’s directorial Takht, SS Rajamouli’s tentatively titled RRR and her father Mahesh Bhatt’s film, Sadak 2.
