Alia Bhatt Sends Hearts Galore To Deepika Padukone-Ranveer Singh As The 'Stunners' Share First Pictures Of Their Wedding

As Bollywood's much-loved couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone finally tied the knot on Wednesday and Thursday, November 14 and 15 at Villa del Balbianello, Lake Como, Italy, several Bollywood celebrities have congratulated the newlyweds. After the pair unveiled the first pictures from their wedding with identical social media posts, actress Alia Bhatt also extended her greetings to the couple. While in Deepika's post, Alia commented, "Uff" with a number of red hearts, in Ranveer's post she commented with a number of the same heart emojies.

To add to this, Alia also shared the picture of the newlywed on her Instagram story and captioned it saying, "Congratulations you stunners" with four heart emojis.

Alia Bhatt and Deepika Padukone are known to share a good bond of friendship despite the fact that Deepika's ex-boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor is Alia's current flame. The duo has been recently spotted together at filmmaker Karan Johar's famous chat show 'Koffee With Karan' Season 6. In fact, the actress graced the couch at the very first episode of the season. Large parts of this episode contained references and revelations that answer years-worth of questions about their love lives. Meanwhile, Alia is known to be very close to Ranveer as well as the duo worked together on the upcoming film 'Gully Boy' that is staled for a 2019 release.

The 'Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela' stars Ranveer and Deepika got hit hitched twice- one time in the traditional Konkani style and a day after that in traditional Sindhi style, keeping up with both the cultures. After keeping much of the celebration out of media surveillance, the celeb couple on Thursday unveiled their first official pictures following their Sindhi wedding ceremony.  

Talking about their two marriage ceremonies, the duo's Konkani wedding was an all-white affair with a white rose mandap, and guests dressed in different shades of white and the Sindhi wedding was much in pink and red colours. Speaking of their attires, both the bride and the groom donned a Sabyasachi ensemble on their wedding day.

Besides Alia, several other celebrities from the Bollywood fraternity including Hrithik Roshan, Karan Johar and their 'Padmaavat ' co-star Priyanka Chopra extended their greetings to the couple. The newlyweds will reportedly return to the country post the wedding and will host their wedding reception both in Bangalore and Mumbai.
