Tillotama Shome was disappointed with Amazon over her difficulty in ordering filters for a mask, specially designed for elders, for her parent. actor took to Twitter to express her displeasure t just for t receiving product, but also about being me to wait three months before being asked to cancel order. Angrezi Medium star slammed company for t prioritising elderly and even tagged founder-CEO Jeff Bezos and called him ‘vulnerable’.

company’s customer service did express ir regret and hoped to serve better next time, but Tillotama was t pleased. She could t even cancel order as she did t receive e-mail, on which one needed to reply to cancel order. Later, actor claimed that her email could also t be delivered.

Tillotama h tweeted on Monday that she h been making calls for order, placed on March 23, and was told that it was finally arriving on 18th of this month.
