Amitabh Bachchan to divide property equally between his children?

Legendary Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan is known for his incredible acting skills in a variety of movies over the years. The megastar made his debut in the Hindi film industry in 1969 and has a contribution of 50 years in films. The actor has taken up many social causes like 'Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao' and polio awareness. The 76-year-old actor often speaks about women empowerment and the importance of it in our country. Back in March 2017, Bachchan shared over Twitter that after his passing all his assets will be equally divided between both his children Abhishek and Shweta Bachchan.

Amitabh's tweet about gender equality 

The Dadasaheb Phalke Award recipient is often seen sharing heartwarming posts with his daughter on social media. The actor reportedly believes in gender equality and speaks about promoting it in every public event possible. Talking about his assets, Amitabh is one of the highest-earning actors in the Hindi film industry. He reportedly has a net worth of $ 400 million which is higher than his contemporaries. The actor owns many bungalows in Mumbai city. He resides in a 10,125 sq ft lavish bungalow named Jalsa. The other bungalows are called Janak, Vatsa and Pratiksha respectively. All of his assets will be divided between Abhishek and Shweta Bachchan. The actor has been very vocal about his love for his daughter and is often seen sharing heartfelt posts for her.
